By clicking the submit button, I acknowledge the following:

1. No room or event is actually reserved or scheduled until I receive written acknowledgement from a parish staff member;
2. Rooms must be thoroughly cleaned by the organizers of the event and put back into the condition in which they were found;
3. No event will be scheduled in the same room within 90 minutes of another event without the prior written approval of the Pastor;
4. Set up and clean up times will not appear on the public master calendar;
5. Use of the church hall for certain events may require payment of a usage fee as well as the purchase of a one-time insurance liability policy to cover the event;
6. Requests to reserve rooms will be processed in the order they were received according to priorities established by the pastoral and administrative staff of the parish. Most reservations will be processed within 24 hours.
